I have an old car that I brought in to repair a rearender. Victor at Malibu Collision treated me with the utmost respect. I had vacuumed my car before bringing it in, and when I got it back, it seemed to me even cleaner than when I had left it. I was also very happy with the job they did to repair my car too.
My family has taken all 3 of our cars to Malibu over the last 6 years for various hit and runs and rear-enders. We always get honest quotes from this shop and they work fast! They are extremely knowledgeable about body work and always leave our vehicles looking perfect. I can't recommend them enough. If you want a body shop that is going to give you peace of mind, this is it!
Car accidents suck, but in terms of the ‘people’ side of Malibu, I’ve dealt with Victor twice now and found him to be a very clear communicator with the patience to answer questions in a manner that makes the process as easy as possible. The quality of work and attention to detail that the team in the shop produces is unbelievable. As good as new is the best way to describe it. There’s a reason for all the 5 star reviews.
