A: NO. Waiving a deductible is fraud against an insurance company and under no circumstances will Malibu Collision waive a deductible.

Q: Will my car look and perform the same after a collision repair?

A: Yes, of course. We do our best to meet and exceed industry standards.

Q: What is the difference between OEM, Aftermarket, and Recycled Parts?

A: OEM parts are from the vehicle manufacturers and are of the highest quality. Aftermarket parts are quality parts made by factories that are not from vehicle manufacturers. They look and fit the same as OEM but the costs are usually much lower. Recycled parts are used OEM parts from auto recyclers.

Q: Will my car be cleaned after a repair?

A: Yes, we will detail your car after a repair. This includes vacuuming, cleaning the interior surfaces, and washing the exterior.
